The Supervisory Board of the WAMU Banking Commission held its 153rd session on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, via videoconference, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Claude Kassi BROU, Governor of the BCEAO.

At the conclusion of the deliberations, the Supervisory Authority issued favorable opinions regarding licensing requests and prior authorizations. It also ruled on a request submitted by a credit institution to lift a ban on dividend distributions.
